Chuck Mayo is a professional keyboard player in Dallas Texas, enjoying a professional career spanning over three decades and a half-dozen musical styles.

During his 15 years as a full-time sideman, Chuck has toured the U.S. and Canada throughout the 70's and 80's with various recording artists, show and dance bands, including Rod Young (Hawaiian #1 recording artist, "Puka Shells"), Lloyd David Foster (Academy of Country Music New Male Vocalist of the Year nominee, "Blue Rendezvous," "I Can Feel the Fire") and many others, recording in Dallas, Houston and Los Angeles studios before settling down in Dallas with the successful show group "The Connor Brothers Band." Performing frequently at local venues such as Billy Bob's of Texas, Belle Star, The Top Rail, The Crystal Chandelier, The Keynote Club, Barney Oldfields, The Summit Hotel, and Granny's Dinner Theater, Chuck's past and current projects have appeared on the bill with such greats as Roy Orbison, Ray Price, The Smothers Brothers, Phyllis Diller, Gary Morris, Johnny Gimble, Reba McEntyre, Freddy Fender, .38 Special, Jimmy Vaughan, Bob Schneider and Train.

Since returning to professional music in 2004, Chuck has focused primarily on the blues and blues rock genres, performing with notable regional and national entertainers such as Joe Jonas, Stacy Mitchhart, Chris Watson, The Silvertones and Voodoo Blue at area nightclubs and larger venues including Grapefest, the Bedford Blues Fest, The State Fair of Texas, the Denton Arts and Jazz Festival, The House of Blues Music Hall, The South Texas State Fair, Taste of Addison, The Cottonwood Arts Festival and Las Vegas casinos.

Chuck is currently playing locally and nationally with the up-and-coming young bluesman, Chris Watson, and is a regular member of The Cottage Lounge's house jam band, The Bulldogs. Chuck is available for engagements in the North Texas area, as well as short-term or extended travel within the United States.
